We Need To Talk @dmcityview

Hi Cityview -

I've been a reader and fan of your publication through the years (even while I worked at the Register). My Wednesday ritual for as long as I've been in Des Moines has included you, a cup of coffee, and a few laughs.

The featured articles and Civic Skinny are a must-read for many reasons, but one of my favorite parts of Cityview is interacting with Jim Duncan (www.twitter.com/fooddude). I'll see him at the local restaurants and farmers markets, dishing on the best restaurants, freshest produce, and leading chefs in the community. That presence in the community speaks volumes for the strong relationships you've built over the years with quality writers engaging readers, advertisers, and businesses personally.

Since you've been on Twitter, I was hoping to spend more time together, share more great places to explore in DeMo, but all I hear are crickets, not tweets.

Not to be cliche, but can you hear me? Twitter is a conversation and a way to share all the great things our social community has to offer. If you want to chat about it over a cup @marscafe, you can find me @marcthollander.

Sincerely,

Marc
